Problem mit Skype

Dear all,

Ich war heute bei einem Kollegen zu Hause, welcher jedes mal, wenn er seinen PC runterfährt, folgende Skype-Fehlermeldung bekommt:

QUOTE SkypePM.exe – DLL-Initialisierung fehlgeschlagen


Ich nehme an, das Problem könnte gelöst werden, indem man Skype komplett deinstalliert und nochmals neu installiert.

Lieg ich da richtig oder gibts Alternativen?

Das sollte helfen:
QUOTE Hi all, press Ctrl Alt Del to run task manager, select Processes look for skypepm.exe and end the process.
Next go to Progam Files\Skype\ and delete the Plugins Folder and all its contents, I'm told that the plugin feature can be unselected during the install process, although I have not noticed it myself.

It is being reported that skypepm.exe is trying to reach some obscure American time service which does not appear to be available at the moment.
